Returns Policy
- Goods may not be returned after (14) days from our invoice date.
- Superseded or deleted range items cannot be returned for credit.
- Goods may only be returned by obtaining an authorised Return Authority Number (RAN) via our Customer Service team on: +64-9-985-3500.
- No goods will be accepted for return or credit without an authorised Return Authority Number (RAN). No credits will be processed against goods returned without the appropriate documentation.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to check goods prior to alteration or decoration by third party contractors/decorators for style, colour, size and quantity received. We will not accept claims for goods once they are altered or decorated.
- Any issued Return Authority Number (RAN) issued by the Customer Service Team must be clearly marked on all items/boxes/parcels being returned including a copy of the supplied Return Authority Form (RAF).
- No credit will be raised unless returned goods are in a clean, re-saleable condition within original packaging including swing tickets and barcodes.
- Credit notes will only be raised against returned goods once checked for quality, quantity and original packaging including swing tickets and barcodes.
- We do not offer Cash/EFT or Credit Card refunds. All credits raised are for use against future purchases only.
- Re-stocking fees apply to returned goods unless incorrectly supplied by Visitec Workwear. The customer will be responsible for all ‘Return to Supplier’ costs including freight and a re-stocking fee as follows:
- returned value under $250 a $15+GST re-stocking fee applies
- returned value over $250 a $30+GST re-stocking fee applies
